Items are made to order so the time from checkout to mailing can be between one and five days. Usually we are able to get items out within 1-3 business days depending on the workload.

We use USPS ground advantage and priority mail. Tracking numbers are attached to each package and can be found on your order status when shipped.

We also ship with UPS and Fedex when costs are comparable, or when there is a rush on delivery.

Yes! We are capable of doing larger orders. use the contact form to inform us of the desired tool and the quantity you will need.

We do ship international to specific countries outside the US. Canada, Australia, and various parts of Europe. If your country is not on the list then the items may say "Sold out" Contact us so that we can find a solution to ship to you.

Please note that Customers are responsible for all duties that may apply. If there is a delay on receiving you package, that is probably the case. Many of these duties can be paid on the carriers website.

Unfortunately, pickup options are not available at this time.

This material can tolerate light uses of acetone but please DO NOT soak in acetone for long periods of time (No more than 5 minutes). this may deteriorate the material and weaken the overall strength and cause breakage.
